The Biomedical Education Program (BMEP) is a unique academic education programme that supports outstanding medical students by enabling a nine-month international research stay in basic biomedical research. Participants are given the opportunity to pursue an ambitious research project in an excellent scientific environment and to develop their own research profile at an early stage.

In addition to financial support, the programme offers accompanying activities, personal guidance, and integration into a strong scientific network.
